Need help sharing access database on network

Hi everyone,



In a nutshell I have a database that I wish to share among multiple users across the network. Everyone has access to one specific drive and I have placed a copy of it, on this drive. I have split the database to front and back ends, however at least one user has received the following error:



I would like some general information about the nature of this error and also how to resolve it. If anyone has some information, that would be much appreciated.

With split/multiuser database

Backend (Tables only) resie on server
Frontend(queries/forms/reports etc) -- a copy of the Front End goes on to each user's PC.

a front end opened exclusively implies someone has opened a table, form, report in design view
