min and max function

hi ,

in my query i have 5 columns as m1 m2 m3 m4 and m5 and in the 6th columns (zz) i have to find out what the the lowest number is in m1 m2 m3 m4 and m5. and i will some find out what the biggest number in 7th columns. How can i go over this problem ?
