Have all results from a query show up on a map

I'm creating a database that has properties and a bunch of information about these individual properties. I want to be able to find all of the properties that have the same selected features (i.e. in the same county and with the same square feet). I then want all of these resulting properties to display on a map. I'm very new to Access. How would I go about doing this?

This won't be simple.

Access can store the data but displaying it probably requires exporting the data to another software, like ArcGIS or AutoCAD or GoogleMaps. Export data as an XML and display on GoogleEarth. Might be able to display GoogleMaps in BrowserControl on Access form.

Will need coordinates like Lat and Long in the dataset or rely on full address and geolocating tools in the mapping software.

I think Microsoft has mapping application as well.
