    Question Basic Question

Hi. I am new here and have experience using Access but not for a while. I have just been assigned to work with my new company's database that reports purchasing information. This is almost embarrassing, but I don't know how to get to the standard view where you can see the tables, forms, and queries. I am trying to update a report and need to figure out what query the report runs from. Thanks!

    Desktop application?
Need more info to offer advice.

You are working with a copy of the database, right.

Screen captures and some code might be helpful.

    Welcome to the forum.

Yes, working with just a copy! I cannot even get in to see code, that is the problem. This is the view.

Try holding down the shift key when you first open the database.
Also, it looks like you have a front end that is communicating (ODBC) with Oracle backend (guess).

Who developed it? What was given to you by whom? No instructions?
I'd be asking questions to get some basics.

    Good luck.

yay! It worked! Thank you. I will be asking a lot of questions when I get the chance to meet with the developer. For now this helps a lot. Thank you thank you!
