Access 2016 form in design view cutting off when scrolling in 2nd monitor

I am experiencing a strange glitch in my forms...I'll try to explain as best I can, but I'm also attaching a gif that shows the behavior. I'm using a two-monitor setup (laptop plus external monitor), and when I'm in design mode and on the external monitor, the form will not scroll normally. It cuts off in a strange way. It's making it almost impossible to design forms on my better monitor. This behavior only occurs on the external monitor; on the main laptop monitor it scroll normally. I'm using Access 2016 on Windows 10. Some of my colleagues have noticed this as well. Is it a database corruption maybe?

I don't think I have any unusual form properties, but please let me know if there's a property I should be altering that affects this behavior.

    Thank you!

    Nick

EDIT: I had my primary monitor set to 150%, and my second monitor was set to 100%. The problem goes away if I set the second monitor to 150%...but then everything is huge and the lost real estate kind of negates the point of having a larger monitor. Any way I can keep my second monitor at 100% and get rid of this behavior?

How do you set this '150% display'? Why are you doing that? You developed db on the laptop set at 150%? What happens if you set laptop to 100%?

Yeah, I guess it's "zoom" or something...there's no label for it in Windows settings. I attached a screenshot with a red box outlining the setting I'm talking about.

    Thanks!

EDIT: I'm using Windows 10 Pro.

Tried to replicate issue and can't. Form in design view scrolls just fine on the external monitor. Have to say do not like the 150% display. Why use that setting? I am using Windows 10 Home.

Untested, but you might be able to get this to work, so that you can still have your 'bigger' picture, while still seeing all of the Form, by tweaking the resolution on your external monitor, or by tweaking the resolution and the magnification factor (you can set a custom magnification...you're not limited to 100% or 150%) to find the optimal setting(s) for your purpose.

The magnification feature you're using is designed to increase the size of the text, making it easier to read, but, as you've seen, a sometimes unwanted side effect is that it increases the size of everything, not just the text!
