Adding Value Data Labels to Bar Graph

I have a Bar Graph and the user wants to see the "Value" represented by each Bar... the same way Excel does this on Bar Graphs when the Developer right clicks the Bar and selects Format Data Labels, then selects Label Options, and finally Value.

design the chart, turn on the value.

Where would I "turn on the value?"... in the Properties box?

I found it... in Design mode, double click on the Chart to get to the settings per bar type. Thanks for the help.
