As my question, the image shows what my problem is. Could anyone please help me to solve this? The data types of both columns are not memo field. First one is Number, other is Long Test.

This has shown up in the forum a few times. Generally it has been due to corruption, which a compact/repair does not always fix. The only other reason I can recall is because of having Group By on a memo (now called Long Text) field. Since you show that this is from a query, I doubt seeing the table design will help much, but who knows? I think more info about the query is definitely warranted. Non-Access table joins, parameters with cross-tab queries, things like that, have also been known to cause junk values. You wrote "long test" but I think you mean "long text" - AKA memo field...

Change the table font. And if needed change the access font setting to a common one ,like Times new Roman,
    or Ariel.
    then compact/repair.

Why would you have a criteria if A or A in a query?
