What si going on when I use a macro to open two forms at once

In the zip file that I have attached, there is problem with the frmPersonnel.

Open it up in form view and you will get a very small box with one area for input. Open it up
in design view and you will get a idea of how big and elaborate the file is.

I am not sure why the little file is open up when I open frmPersonnel in form view, but it does.

As you can see I have a macro that opens up the two file at simultaneously. That is what I want to happen.

However, when when I click on that macro in the navigation section the only form that opens is the small one with the single area for entry. The one
that I described above. I need to know why this is happening and how to fix it.

As you can see the macro that I click on to open both forms at once throws an error and I do not
understand it another reason to make this post.

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed

The form in question is frmPersonnel. It is found in the navigation section of the db, you can open it up singly or by using the macro that opens that form and AdPersonnel form simultaneously. frmPersonnel opened up reliably for several months, but now it does not. You say it has no data. Please explain.

    Thanks in advance.

I am attaching the screenshot of the incident when I open frmPersonnel you can open either singly or using the macro to open the AdPersonnel form at the same time.

Why can I open it up as I want which is complex not a simple form?

The db tries to connect to a back end, which was not included. Easiest if you make a stand-alone version.

Wait a second, it is included. I only attached only the front end of the db for reasons space (to keep it below 500 KB) a zipped file of both (back end is in in a data subdirectory).

On my on my computer it is there. It is just as it is in a subdirectory as I said above.

    Uploaded the backend

I have uploaded the files for the tables. It must be in a subdirectory named data off of the directory that has the front end.

I put the front end in a directory by itself; I called it Mike-5.

The table files or back end is attached.

I left it out earlier because of space.

Since the db was split to front end and back end. Can it be put back together again? I want to do as you say and work with standalone version.

I made an exact copy of the whole thing. I just copied the Mike-5 directory setup. I did not want to try delete the tables and relink them on the original setup - too risky. I then just for
fun opened up frmPersonnel and it opened perfectly as it should. Now I must stress again that this an exact copy and it worked. The original did not.

    What gives here?

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not sure. I put the back end in the required location, and the db opens without error. Clicking on the Personnel Management button on the dashboard opens frmPersonnel normally, though whatever that bit is at the bottom, under "Additional Info" is cut off.

I want to stress again that these two db's are exact copies. I obviously want to go with the one that works, but it could stop working and then?
