Subform won't allow me to use scroll bar, and all other click action not working (with subform)

    Hi everyone!

I have a basic search form, containing two sub forms. These sub forms run off of a query that has spit out all the desired information I requested of it. My problem however, is kind of two problems. These two subforms on my main form are 1: not displaying all the initial data that they should be (it is showing all of it in the query when I run it) and 2: when I try to click these forms, such as the scroll bar or a field, they simply don't respond.

This is the first time this odd problem has happened to me, and I am curious if anyone out here has experienced something similar. Any advice is welcome with open arms.

    Regards,

    Wesley

Can you post the queries and give examples of your data? On the form locking, check he subform properties to make sure it is not locked or Enabled = False.

a sub form is typically bound into the main form via a cross referencing key value. that will act as a filter in that it would only display records that contain the same key value as the main form.

you can unbound the sub form to allow it to show all records regardless of the main form.
