Form does not split when opened from Switchboard

I have locked my database down and was doing final test. when i start it, goes where it needs to. opens everything it needs to but won't show the split form that was requested for 4 of the forms.

Any reason? it is password protected and while i am in as administrator it shows split forms. but when i enter as normal user without any controls the split form doesn't show. only a single form appears?

solved it. bit tired.
Split Form Splitter Bar went to "No" i turned it back to yes and all good.

now that was a gremlin
