Network Interruption Locally

Hello all.



After installing a standalone version of Microsoft Access 2010 32bit I am getting the error "Your network access was interrupted. To continue, close the database, and then open it again." However this error still persists simply just by opening up Access on the local machine and trying to create a new database. I have tried repairing and reinstalling Access, still the error. I have 7 machines and 5 of them work perfectly fine. Just two of the machines are getting this error. I have tried remapping the drives manually to the SQL server, but the reason I am think this is not a network issue is because locally the error is still coming up. I have disabled the NICS from going off to save power. Any suggestions or things that I can try are appreciated.

Are there ANY linked tables that use drive letters?
Is there any code that uses external functions or calls external controls?

these items cannot use paths with drive letters. Use UNC paths.
