See all fields/ columns in the Tables view

    Hi,
I don't know if this is a limitation but in reports I can only see a set amount of columns when I view or design a report, there is the button to add existing fields, however can still only manage to put one or two extras back on before it becomes unreadable. I'm using Access 2013 32bit.

    Thanks in advance

the maximum number of controls which can be applied to a form or report is something in the region of 740. This includes controls that have been created then deleted.

The maximum width of a form or report is 22" so trying to display columns beyond this width won't work.

If these are your issues, then this is the explanation. If not please clarify what you mean by 'unreadable' and 'set amount of columns'
