Access 2016 embedded macro not sure what is doing

    Hi all,

I am new in the forum world. I have been working on an access database that is not truly an access database per say since users do not add information into the database. The way this database was designed was to help users interpret the data that it contains that is obtained from SAP. The issue i have been running is when it comes to the embedded macro in access 2016. i am trying to open a report that uses date ranges in a form. what is weird is that it starts giving me prompts to enter when i never set anything up. or it tries printing (which i do not have a printer set up as of yet). I tried doing the docmd.openreport line in vba but when i try executing it the debugger stops me from proceeding. I do not feel solving this problem should be as time consuming as it has been for me hence i am trying to reach out for help. Is there anyone that could help or point me in the right direction? couldnt upload the file. IDK if it maybe too large?

    thanks,

    Daniel Q

As for uploading, did you Compact and Repair the db and then zip it up before attempting the upload?
