Access 2003 compatibility with Windows 10 and Office 2007?

I developed a customer tracking db, client/server, shared on 6-7 Windows 7 machines. The project started in the late 1990's on whatever version was out then and over the years, we upgraded and it now runs under Access 2003, still on Windows 7 machines. The owner now wants to upgrade the client machines to Windows 10 and Office 2007, while retaining Access 2003 on them to run his database. He does not want to make any changes to the existing program. What problems can he expect, if any?

I have been switching all my front ends to accdb. I still have a couple mdb's as backends to accdb's.

The list of possible things that could go wrong is long. However, the needs of the program, itself, may not touch on any of those issues.

I say, no time like the present to fix the mdb problem. Right now you are kicking a can down a dead end street. I have a couple W10 machines operating but they use a minimum of office 2016.
