Multi Selection Combobox to Populate Multivalue Field

I'm trying to create a combo box on a form that I can select multiple names from to populate a multivalued field in a table. I have the combo box created and linked to the multivalued field but can't figure out how to make multiple selections from the combo box. Any help is much appreciated.

I would not use a multi-value field. IMHO it is better to normalize the data and save it in a table.

Avoid MVFs as Bob says. Get your business problem/opportunity described clearly; then determine your tables and their relationships based on the description of the business.
Research Normalization
Don't be too quick to jump into forms etc. Get your tables designed and tested first.

And FYI, that's going to be the advice you get from most experienced developers here, and elsewhere! As someone recently wrote, just because the the Boys of Redmond made it possible for you to do something, in Access, doesn't mean that you should!
