Is this relationship set up properly

Just want to get some fed back on this relationship. It looks fine to me but things don't "link properly" any feed back?

You can not evaluate the relationships without knowing the business involved. That is, the picture/model is a representation of the things involved in the business. So a description of the business is needed.

Also, I would suggest you do NOT use names with embedded spaces(last Name), nor special characters (911#).
