    Autofocus with tab key?

I have a form with a little bit of scrolling, not much just a few fields. I know it's not desired to have scrolling in forms but I don't really have a choice with this. My end users use the tab key to go down between each field after entering a value instead of clicking. Once it reaches the last visible field it still goes to the next that needs to be scrolled to but the screen doesn't move to that field. Is there a way to have it auto focus on each field when the tab key is pressed? I hope this makes sense.

Actually, can you autofocus on the cursor? (Blinking vertical line) lol
