Database won't work correctly when accessed at a different computer

Hi,
I built a pretty simple database to track taskers within my organization. When i open it on my computer everything works perfectly, but when i walk into my bosses office and try to open it on his calendar, it opens, but none of the buttons work...none of the forms or reports open on his computer. His mouse changes to an hourglass momentarily and then changes back to normal and nothing opens. Can anyone give me some help with this issue? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Make sure the database is in a trusted location on his computer, or that you explicitly enable code.
