Smile Access Report w/o Column Headers

I have designed a sub report which lists the items ordered on an invoice. How can I prevent the column header labels from being printed (the invoice paper I use has this info already on its layout. For example I don't need the report to print out things like Catalog#, Qty, Price, etc as they are already on my report paper.

    Thanks for your help!

    You can delete the labels,
or set each label to Visible=No,
or set the section to Visible=No.

    Kimmer,

Tried deleting the labels and also setting visible to no on the lables.
The columns still get printed with column headers?

    Thanks

    Kimmer,

I've attached a screen shot of design view with one of the headers I'l like to hide on my preprinted invoices. I have also attached a copy of a sample invoice showing the row of duplicated info.

Really appreciate your interest in my problem.

    Thanks

    Hi stattech,

    That subreport isn't a report... it's a form.
Datasheet forms have to have column labels or Access will display them anyway.
Make a real report and your problems will all disappear!

    Kimmer,

You were dead on - didn't realize I had inserted a subform rather than a subreport! Now can easily remove the column headers.

However, once I changed to a subreport, my macro tranfer of SubTotal from footer of subreport to main report keeps giving me errors.

I have attached a screen shot of the subreport with subtotal highlighted as well as main report with subtotal highlighted.

    Thanks again!

    Try [Report]![lineitems]![Subtotal]

    --kimmer

    Kimmer,

    That didn't work either.

What did work was to perform the "=Sum([Qty]*[Sell Price])" operation in the detail section of the subreport and making it invisible.
Referring to that location from the main report section then worked fine?
    Thanks!
