Cleaning Up Data - Need Help

Hi, I have a simple operation I want to make and I can't seem to find it anywhere on the web.

I want to copy the data tables to my hardrive from the network, then make several data changes in the tables, then overwrite what is currently in the realtime database with the changes I made in the tables.

How do I do this? I can't seem to find it in the linking instrucitons.

if other people are not sharing the db - - then you can simply copy/paste back and forth.

if other people are working in the db then the easiest thing to do is the traditional FE link to the common BE and you make your changes while they are doing their thing.
