Question Copy of db does not show last few weeks of new entries

Working with a small food pantry as volunteer. Learning Access. Pantry has one workstation with backend and 3 laptops as front end on a standalone network. Backup backend by copy db to thumb drive. Copy it to my home computer and review to make sure backup ok. Last two weeks when I do this the db does not show the new clients entered. The pantry is only open on tuesdays and computers locked up rest of time. It is driving me to distraction that the db I copy and take home when viewed at home seems to not have the most recent client data. The version of access at the pantry is 2007 and the version on my home computer is 2010. Anyone seen this. I have used a copy command and the backup in Access. Both same. New to Access.

Hmmm... I'd thoroughly review my backup and copy process. Is there perhaps more than one copy of the BE in another folder on the WS? Are you sure you are copying the BE to the thumb drive and not somewhere else? (use an empty thumb drive)
The empty starting thumb drive receiving the file will show that you are copying to the correct destination, but the source is still in question.

AT home, are you sure you are copying the BE into the correct folder? (rename the old BE before copying new BE and then see if the FE can find the new one)

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
