Import Excel into access does not work

Hi,

I'm having problems getting the transferspreadsheet function to import an excell worksheet into access 2007 to work.

If I create the tables and a command button to perform the function, it works great.



When I close and save the database then reopen it, the function will no longer work, access just sits there and does nothing.

Anyone have a clue as to why it won;t work after closing/saving the database?

All,

I think I have figured it out. My security settings were set to disable VBA and macros. Changed the settings and everything works fine
