Minimize main menu form after clicking button

I would like to minimize the main menu form after the user click on a button to open another form. How would I go about doing this? I am not sure if it is in the button properties or in the main menu form code. Or I could have the next form pop up in front of the main menu when the user clicks the button. That would work also.

Are you using code in the OnClick event of the button? If so, can you post it?

No I am not using code. I am using the command button wizard that comes with Access 2016.

    Hi

I'm using 2013 and on the event properties of the button I select Macro and then from the macro commands I can close the form and open a new one is that what you wanted?

I figured out how to make each form a pop up form by using the form properties. Just click on the form header and then choose pop up. That works fine.

    Thanks for all the help
