Web Access Form 2010

I have a web access application created and I am creating a sudo log in screen. I want the members to navigate to the screen and be able to put in their email address and their userID, then it opens the next set of forms for them to begin entering data. I am able to use the openform macro for the email, but I cannot figure out how to use two parameters in the 'where' clause, such as the email and the member id are put in correctly AND then it opens the form.
