Many years ago I used access on a regular basis for a billiard tour I used to run. It worked excellent for what I needed it to do. Many years later I have come across a situation at my work that I think Access would be great for. Before re-educating myself as it has been a loooooong time, I have a quick question and was hoping an Access user can tell me if it is possible.
Here's my scenario.
I have 60 people who each have to fill out twelve forms with names and addresses along with some other personal information with answers that come from an interview. Currently when a person comes in, I fill out the forms online as they are saved as fillable PDF forms. Each form requires me to re-enter the name and address before completing the other fields. I would like to enter their information once and have it fill in all twelve forms to save time. Isn't this something that Access can handle? If so, is there a name for it, (type/style) so I know where to go play and re-learn?
