    subform had publish my query answer but gor error as i cannot scroll up/down

    Hi,

    I had query form that were include subform inside. The issue was, subform had publish my query answer but i cannot scroll up/down the answer as
    error prompt as "The changes you requested were not successful because the would create duplicate value in the index, primary key ...."

    Sample database please, I suspect this has to do with bound forms but without a sample I can't guess based on your description.

    yes if you can provide a sample database and you can describe how you're getting the error I will take a look.

    Hi,

    After try and error episode I still cant query by entering EmployeeID, data from combination EmpProduct Table & BEProduct does not reflect into my form.Database rev H_Proff_Form.zip

    a screen shot is not a sample database, I know what's causing the error but without a sample of the database I can't say how you can stop it from happening


    You can make a copy of your database, put in some garbage data (nothing that would be proprietary or private) then compact/repair/zip and upload the file to this forum

    Hi,

    Again I had try to modify my db since i have problem on relationship and so far relationship seem fine but same still occurred.
    so far my add button seem to work but not query button.

    I was planning when entering EmpID then employee record and process record would reflect into this form.
    Seem like my query wasn't function and subform also not reflect into it and I cant figured out the disconnect.

    Appreciate your help and time consuming
