    Continuous Form vs. Data Entry

I have a subform used to enter patient diagnosis, but I have noticed that with enough history, the portion of the form where new records are entered is not visible when the form opens. The user must manually scroll down till it becomes visible. If I put the form in data entry mode, all the patient history disappears. I put in a toggle button to switch back and forth between Data Entry mode, but it doesn't seem to affect the form. Is there a way to have the form auto scroll down to a new record?

VBA can set focus to the New Record row.
