I do not even know where to begin? I have been building an awesome complex database and suddenly one of my main forms with 14 Tabs, (each a subform) suddenly the tabs do not show up in Form View, but are fine in Design view? Any help out there as to what I did to lose the form view suddenly?

Make sure Tab control Visible property is set to Yes.
If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Not sure what your exact situation is, but...
If you open a form in form view and that recordsource does not have any records available to be retrieved, the form will appear blank.You want to be sure the record count is greater than zero
