    Arranging Data and Logic

Thanks for everyone for your help. I was wondering about logic sometimes we make things sound harder then they are......I trying to do a task forum then update it when he or she is proficient at the task. Example.
I have four section , Section One, Section Two, Section Three, Section Four. Each section has different task by each section. I created four tables one each for each section with the task in each section in the table. I also created a proficient yes or no event combo box and a trained by text box.

I confused on the forum how to put all these task on the form as one section could have forty task and the other 20 etc. I put every task on a form which their is a form for every section . Question is do I need to by each task put a proficient event and a train by event.....example

Task One yes or no event..........Proficient yes or no event.................Train by text event..............................
Task Two yes or no event..........Proficient yes or no event.................Train by text event

Do I need this like above......

    or
Task One yes or no event..........Proficient yes or no event.................Train by text event.
Task Two yes or no event.

Would each table have to have a proficient yes or no event for each task and train by each task in table.

How would you build this so it is not so much clutter and any suggestions on reports.
    Thanks Everyone
    John

I'd create a form with tabbed subforms. Each tab would be a different section.
