Conditional formatting not working when D/B is on Network (works on local PC)

User has a conditional format on a date field in a report that is not working when Access DB is on network. She has copied DB to her PC and the formatting works. Even stranger is that she has another DB on the network where conditional formatting in a report is working. Appreciate any help.

Is the microsoft trust center setup to permit macros and such from the network location?
