Adding Existing Fields in MS Access 2010

It says further in the tutorial in Lesson 37, shown here:http://www.functionx.com/access/Lesson37.htm

To display the Field List, on the Ribbon, click Add Existing Fields.

I have MS Access 2010. I could not find "add existing fields" anywhere on the Ribbon.

Where is it in my version of MS Access?

    R,

    Lou Reed

With the form in design view, it's on the ribbon's Design tab, Tools section (to the right on my install).

when you look at an OPEN table, the far right-most column will say 'add field' for you to add on the fly.
just right-click on the table then click DESIGN.
