Cannot find Watts a Loan database

In the tutorial posted here: http://www.functionx.com/access/Lesson36.htm

At the end it states to open the Watts A Loan database which I assume is a MS Access 2010 compatible
    database.

Please note that this is just Watts-A-Loan database that has no number such as 1 or 2 succeeding it.

    I do not have it.

Of course, this tutorial has had errors before and it clearly could be that. It could be
Watts A Loan1 or Watts A Loan2. They may have left the numerical ending off. If it is just Watts a Loan
then is there somewhere that I can download it?

It says in the next step to opn the CustomersTtransaction form and add a Text box below its subform. Then
set its Name to txtTotalPayments ...

I am assuming that the customers transaction form I created in some previous lesson tutorial is what they are talking about.

I just do not which Watts a Loan database to use. The tutorial again seems to not be very clear.

I appreciate know what database to use and if I do not have it, where may I download it?

    Any help appreciated.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed

I agree with June go for the earlier version. This page has the Acc2010 resources, but the Houses one is corrupt.
You can download the other 2. I tried Houses about 4 times and always get invalid or corrupt format.
