How do I change the Data Source that I want a form to use?

Trying to learn Access 2013 on my own. Years ago I worked with previous/older versions of Access. I am stuck trying to find out what data source (table or a query) a form uses. Specifically I want to know how I can find out what form uses what data source and how to change the data source a form uses. Thank you.

    Go to Design View.
Select "Property Sheet" from the Tools menu.
In the drop-down box at the top of the Property list, select "Form"
    Go to the "Data" tab.
The top property list is your "Record Source".
