Step 4 How do I show the letters and not numbers

In the attachment. I want to show the letters and not the numbers that she states in step 4 How will I do this

Show letters where? I already see letters as captions on the buttons.

The conversion is what your table is for. The S/S field has the letter value that corresponds to the x and y (column and row, Scope and Severity) values. Just open the table and create records.

1	2	G

What is purpose of this form? Are you trying to use it to populate the table instead of just manually creating the records?

Names should not have spaces or special characters/punctuation (underscore is exception). Also, reserved words should not be used as names.
