Keep duplicate values in query but tell me where they are

    Hi,

I've got a query where a particular field can have duplicate entries. I do NOT want to limit the properties to only have unique values. On the contrary, I very much WANT to keep those but I DO want to have something indicating that the duplicates are there. I can create another Y/N or true/false field to indicate this if needed. One way or the other, I can't quite figure out how to program this.

    THanks!

There is no need to have another field. This status can be calculated when needed.

    Options:

    1. DCount() - domain aggregate functions can be slow performers in query

    2. build an aggregate query that does the count then join that query to the table
