query with expression

Hello everybody can someone explain to me how to use expressions in the queries? I have a query in which from the table education i have to obtain 2 information 1)if they are certifier of security 2) their educational qualification . I import 2 times the table education in Structure then i use the parameter to be sure "*security" or "certifier of security" then my teacher uses the expression <>[education.Description] in the table education 1 which is a duplicate of education,to get their educational qualification ... can someone explain to me why he does like that? sorry for my english i'm from Italy

well I have the complete database with text of problems,and solutions but the problems are 2: it is in italian and i don't know how to post it on this forum anyone who speak italian?

Is the query SQL statement in Italian?

Sometimes can figure out foreign language db but the course instructions are another matter.
