    northwind order details form 2010


    i want to know how to do this 2 field
    i don't find any code or query
    please help

    Click on the subform then click Totals in the Records group of the ribbon Main tab.

    do you mean in form view or design view

    i can't find the record group in both view
    may be not available
    plz put pic. for what you mean

    but
    do you open northwind database
    as you see the total is not available
    how can it exist in form

    Did you click on the subform first? Doesn't look like it in the image. Subform must have focus. Click on the subform then click on the ribbon.

    when you open the subform itself
    it's available

    It should be possible when on main form as a subform as well. Works for me.
