auto report first of every month

fairly new to access. been taking a few online classes and reading what I can. I have a database that we use at work and I would like to know if it is possible and what problems I will have. I would like the database to run and send a report the first of each month for the previous month. my first thought is that the first of each month is not a work day, what if we don't come in till Monday and its the 3rd? I'm sure this is easy but like I said I'm still learning as I come up with additions to the database. any idea's?

Easiest is for someone to push a button on a form. Otherwise, only method I have found is to write a VBScript which is an executable file. This script will call a procedure in the Access db. I use Windows Task Manager to run the VBScript file first of each month.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
