Updating table

Something has happened to a property or something in my database.
I have a few different queries that run, and update a field in one of my tables. This field is a combo box. My query is a calculation and updates the value of the combobox if certain criteria are met.

This has been working fine for a months, and suddenly I am now getting an error that I must use and updatable query.
Is there a property or something, somewhere, I may have inadvertently changed? Please help! I really don't want to set temp tables up for all of this, when it was working before! Thank you1
