My whole report looks like it is double spaced

I changed the fields so they had a smaller font size but I cannot seem to change the detail line height and every thing looks like it is double spaced and I need it to be single spaced. What am I doing incorrectly? I tried to change the line size by dragging and dropping but it did not work then I went into the detail line properties and tried to change it there but it did not work.

Maybe change the height of textboxes. What does design view look like? What do you mean by 'line size'?

I highlighted all the text boxes on the detail line and used the alt up arrow or ctrl up arrow to make them all smaller but that did not work. What I meant by line size was I tried to select and drag the bottom of the detail line in the design view so that it was smaller but that had no effect it went back to the same size and then I tried to change the line height in the property sheet for the detail line but it would not go smaller.

Only think I can think of is the Project Title textbox is wrapping and growing.
