Sum Calculations do not compute when launched from Form

The files used in this report require the current date. The current date is set to 5/11/2015. The testdata form can be populated with the from date of 5/11/2015 to the current date and run for all five tables to refresh the dates.

Problem:
If I manually select launch the Daily Employee Turnin report the sum calculations all are present. If I launch the report from the Form1, then half of the calculations are missing
Any ideas?

Not seeing the issue. Opened report by button and everything shows calculated. Perhaps you should attach an image of what you see.
