    Formatting queries

When I run a query that ends up in an excel spreadsheet I want to be able for the detail lines if the project name repeats I only want to see the first one and only see another one when it changes. Is this possible or do I need to create a form for the query?

no, but you could run an Excel macro after the export to remove the ones you want, via a loop.

Try exporting a report with Grouping on the project name.

Reports don't always export nicely but might be good enough.

    Running Man,

Do you have some example code on doing the loop I usually start my macros out by recording them. How would I search for a change in break level (which is the project number in a macro)
