    Designing Form Question

Hi, I need to design a form from 2 tables. The MasterList (Products) table and the Employees table. It needs to look like an excel sheet with the products listed left and the employees at the top. But he Masterlist on the left must not be dropdowns, it must pull all the active products. Then the data in the form added needs to go to a third table. How do I go about doing that, I've added print screens for better understanding.

This is not practical in relational database if you want the form bound to data table. An unbound form could be set up this way but would require lots of VBA code to manage the data in/out.

Really need to accept that database does not work like spreadsheet.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Ok thank you, I thought that would be the outcome but just wanted to make sure if there is not a way around it.
