Skipping Fields In Forms, Tab Button

Hello, im looking for a way to bypass fields, or in other words to skip fields, by using the tab button in a form

now theres a way of doing this of course, by adding a "Go To Command" within the "On Exit event" , of the Field,
but it had a drawback, cuz after entering the field with the "Go To Cmd macro" , i couldn't go backwards using Shift+tab or escape even
i tryed a different stratigy by desabling or locking the fields i want to bypass, but then it turned out i cant access them at all,

so to sum it up, i would like to bypass fields, and would also want to be able to use Shift+Tab which goes back from to where i was
