    Form to pull report

Im using a switchboard, and want to be able to run a report.

The report includes all my employees, and I only want to be able to view the applicable employees for the report (I want to know which employees of the 150 that I have, have specific licenses).

What steps do I need to take to link the switch board to the report?

    Thanks,
    Mike

    For options, review:

    http://www.datapigtechnologies.com/f...mtoreport.html

    http://allenbrowne.com/ser-62.html

Those images indicate a non-normalized data structure. Filtering on multiple yes/no fields can be frustrating.

    June,

Thanks for the links. I'll take a deep look at them.

Perhaps I can have one column marked Licensed, and if the box is checked yes, then the report only pulls their information? In the above image, Bachir,Bailey, Barhorst, Bell, Campostovar, and Carlson would be checked yes.

Why have another check box? If they have a license number then presumably they are licensed.

    Isn't the correct spelling: license?

    June,

I very much so want to replicate the search form. Can I input that into my database and link it to the appropriate information I am looking for?

Should be able to. That's why I referenced those links for you to review. Again, filtering on multiple yes/no fields can be frustrating.
