    Mail Merge Address Labels

    Hi Ladies and Gents,

I am trying to create some postage labels, the labels I have are ones that feed through a normal printer, there are 7 rows by 2 columns per a4 sized paper. I want to have a different address on every label but no matter what I do mail merge puts the same address on each label that I have a Merge Field on. I hope you understand what I'm trying to do, is there a way to accomplish this?

    Thank you in advanced,

    Cheers

    Cameron

Are you using Word or Access to do your labels?

    Hi,

The labels are in a Microsoft Word Document. I haven't worked out how to make a page of 14 labels in Access yet.

    Cheers

I have, I am still quite new to Access. I did a little bit of Access during a TAFE course but thats about it. I couldn't work out how to make a page of 14 labels.

    Attached are my address labels.

You will need a table of addresses in Access to use the wizard. Have you put them in Access yet? There is also a wizard in Word for labels I believe.

BTW it is just a matter of selecting the correct avery lable you are using to get the 2x7 format. Is there a brand name on your labels? How about a part number?

I have 5 fields in Access - Business name, Address, City, State and Post Code.

No model number or part number that I can see.

It looks like you will need to define your own label with the wizard. I'll bet you can save time and money by buying a stock Avery label, but that's just my opinion.

You might find one of the Avery labels that is close to your labels.
