    Formatting charts

    Hello,

I've created a simple chart (from a table), and i tried to modify the formatting of the y axis, in order to show percentages. All is fine and ok in Design Mode, but when I return to View Mode, it doesn't keep the formatting, instead, the values turn back into simple number format.
It's clear to me at this point that I'm not doing something right...
    Appreciate your assistance.

Format property does not alter the data. The graph will use the data and ignore formatting.

Ok got it. But how can I get it to appear as percentage? In my table, that particular field is formatted as number/percentage.
I repeat the issue is to get the y axis to show %

    Many tnx

Are you saying the data is decimal numbers? Maybe you should just multiply by 100 and then have an axis label of "Percentage".

    Thanks June,

That was helpful. Apparently I didn't multiply it by 100. So it all went ok in the end.

    Nice!
