Charts on Form

I am creating a chart where Operators use a wand to scan in their LID's (Account #'s) to track their production through the day. To help visualize their progress I would like to incorporate a live chart onto the form.

Using the chart wizard I selected my data source: tblMainDB, my fields: Data: Count of LID, X-Axis: Operator, Y-Axis: Time Added (By Hour), and it returned to me:



Where did this even come from and how do I change it so that it shows what I want it to show?
