Query save as anotherTable?

I need to query a database for Inactive and Obsolete (OBS) parts. Both the these options are listed in the part table in different fields. Fields are Comp Part Number (PN), Manufacturer Part Number (MFR PN), ACT, InACT, OBS.



Is there a way to combine the query to show the InAct. and OBS parts in one column? Also, could I save this query as a table?

Look at the Make Table Query.

Extract each field into a different Query and then join the two queries in a Union Query where the two fields are in the same location in each query.
