    Making Report Format Form

Once again I am seeking guidance from all the experts out here on the Access Forum. And first and foremost I want to thank all those for the assistance and placing ideas on this forum. I have created a Field on my form Location of Calling Hours (See jpg Named Form I have it circled in Red). I have the corresponding field on a report (See jpg named Report I have it circled also) Now my question is there a way to format report so it reflects the same style as entered on form? Thus I want 3 lines like on form. In opposed the format on report. Is there a property that can be set to do this if so how?

Real question is - Why is the text multi-line on the form but not multi-line on the report? How is the address info actually stored in table?

That's not what I said. If the form can show it multi-line then the report should be able to as well. Just trying to understand the data.

The address info is all in one field?

Sometimes the best part of this forum is research and finding bits of the puzzle know as Access from everyone else on here. I have come up with a workable solution to my form/report dilemma. Sometimes the most obvious things I miss thanks June for the advise I do appreciate it. I simply opened my form in Design view than copied the field that contained the formatting. Then I open the particular report in design view also and pasted it to where I wanted it in my report. Saved all changes and now when I entered information it retains the formatting I want. I still can adjust particulars such as font, font size, color etc. I just want to share thank you.
